**No residential services!** We only do house cleaning on vacant houses please do not call for maid services! However we do offer a variety of other services and have a rich company history! Burgess Maintenance Service is a woman owned family run business. Originally established in 1986 by Bruce Burgess, it was a means to supplement a teacher?s salary. Over the last twenty-five years, his vision and determination have grown this small family business and has allowed his wife Cecelia to be a full time parent and business owner. Currently Burgess Maintenance Service proudly serves Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. We serve all commercial and industrial facilities for all of their cleaning needs.
