In 2016, Connect and owners - Gibbons - charged over $15,000 to my medical expense card WITHOUT my authorization, permission, or knowledge. When discovered, they started to pay it back, then stopped. It took 3 years and a lot of expense to get a judgement against them (in 2019). Another payment was finally made in late 2020, but nothing since then. Connect still owes me over $6,000. My recent correspondence has been ignored, and his attorney no longer represents him. My suggestion - RUN. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. They lie, cheat and steal. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
