Letty was my service advisor and was just great. Her customer service was excellent. Stephen the service tech went on a test drive with me to try to isolate the sounds I was hearing. My experience was great! Just like I expect higher prices for services at a dealer, I in turn expect the same caliber of labor and/or services HIGH!! I felt secure and confidant that my car would be taken care of as explained by Manny and he was very good at explaining the problems the car had. And I know I can call Manny up or take the car back if I have a problems.

this experience was my first purchase from a major dealership and it was great! My salesman was Victor Ha was very helpful, very knowledgeable about all of the spec for each vehicle Honda carries. Mqde me and my husband feel at easebwith the vehicle choice. My finance person Jessica was awesome! she was able to secure a great interest rate with Capital One. She was so kind to provide a coloring book and crayon to keep my 6 year preoccupied while I signed my loan docs. Overall I was able to get the certified pre-owned vehicle that I wanted with the color and features that I required and car note that worked for my budget. Thanks for making this a great car experience.

My experience here today was absolutely incredible. Hy took care of every worry that I had coming into this deal for my new car. More importantly, he took care of all of the worries that my mother had coming into this deal. This guy really took the time and had saint-like patience when running me through the motions of buying my new Accord. If I had to buy a new car again, I'd definitely come back to talk to Hy. All that's left to say is 'Thank you so much' and if I ever have go through something like this again from somebody else, I can only hope that the experience will be at least half as good as what Hy is capable of doing. Ever was extremely helpful and took the time to show and explain all the features of the Civic EX. His friendliness and product knowledge captured our interest right away. We discussed price with Rick Cordon (who just like Ever, was outstandingly helpful)and walked out with an estimate. His honesty and knowledge were really impressive. We visited the Toyota dealership across the street and immediately were turned off by the horrible customer service. We could have gotten a good deal and would have had to sacrifice features that caught our interest when shown at Honda. My husband and I drove a couple hours to look at the particular Jeep we saw online. We walked in, asked for help, test drove the vehicle, and proceeded with the purchase. Customer service was great and everyone was very nice.

I was looking for to get some recall fixes done to my 2008 Odyssey, and some maintenance works. My original dealership where I purchased my car could not accommodate my schedule, plus the price they quoted me on the maintenance was extremely high. I called Nelson, my good experience started since then. On the call, they immediately confirmed to have my recall fixes done on the same day. Once I drove in, I met Andy who is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped identify the most value added services, and gave me a good discount (I also had some coupons from their website). Andy went far and beyond, he not only promptly informed me on my car status, but also took care of my car door problem and checked on my transmission. Not to mention that the guys dropped me off and picked me up were all very friendly. Andy and the service team at Nelson gave me such a great service experience! The Service Advisor, Letty, was very friendly, funny, and helpful. I've been to Nelson Honda many times for service, and I would have to say this was by far the best customer service I've received. My car was also done 30 minutes ahead of the promised time, even though there was a ton of other customers.

This was my first car purchase and I had a very good experience here. All the workers were extremely helpful. Travis was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. Overall, I would recommend Nelson Honda.
