Overall I had a solid experience. He was timely and diagnosed my air conditioning problem within 10 min after I incorrectly mentioned what I thought the problem might be. He is very upfront (old school) and his knowledge and experience is clearly evident. This consequently, could cause some minor comprehension issues for those like myself who don't understand how A/C units operate, too no fault of Adam. Also to Adam's strengths was his ability to answer a barrage of questions concerning other related cooling and ventilation topics

Very responsive, prompt, and was able to diagnose and solve our problem easily. He also explained the problem clearly to us which we appreciated. We would totally recommend his services to any friends!

We had power surges and our heater transformer blew out. With an infant and two elderly people that tend to get cold often even in decent temperatures we needed to get this fixed asap. I called and explained, they squeezed me in last minute, the tech knew exactly what the issue was, came with the right parts, was done in less than 30 min and I had my heater back

Been having trouble with my AC unit since it was installed. 3 years ago couldn't get the old Co. back. So I called them and this company fixed it in one day before the heat wave came in.

This is a very great company. I had my AC blowout during the summer and these guys came out, and got it back up and running again. The service was great, and the guys were really friendly. I definitely know who to call if this ever happens again.

I had 88 degrees inside my house and rising rapidly. Yuck! Called Indoor's at 5pm, the service van arrived at the expected time just an hour later. They called us with a heads up before arriving, too. And just 1 hour later our a/c was working again. It turned out to be a relatively simple and inexpensive fix, and we were grateful for the quick response. Great service, friendly staff, and we are happy (and cool!) customers.

Just yesterday, I reached out to this company to have an AC unit installed, and not only did I get a quick response from Adam, but he was also extremely accommodating and set me up with an appointment for the next day.

Adam arrived right on time and was very courteous and friendly and had the unit installed within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, and took the extra time to put silicon sealer around the unit as well as be sure that everything was cleaned up afterward. I would definitely recommend him and his company not only for their reasonable rates, but also their excellent service.

I have used Indoor Comfort Team since becoming a home owner. I have always have a great experience with Indoor Comfort Team. Most recently my air conditioning went out and the technician came out late to accomodate my schedule. They are always there when i need them. Their technicians have been honest and have provided great service. I will continue to use them for my service needs.

LIFE SAVERS!!!! My system went out in the middle of this heat wave and several companies told me they were too busy to come out. I have a son with asthma and they worked us in and got us up and running so fast. Such a nice company!!!

I wanted you to know your tech Ron saved me yesterday! I was out of town this past weekend & came home Sunday to no AC and my house at about 96 degrees. I called your office on Sunday and your staff plugged me in for 1st thing Monday! Indoor Comfort Team can have the technician call us ahead for when we need service at my elderly parents house an want to make sure one of us is also there. Very convenient and friendly folks. I am writing to praise the work of your employee Jason. You should be proud to have such professionals in your employ. I had Saturday night boiler emergency on March 6. His response was quick, in the time frame he said it would be and he arranged a follow up work on a Sunday that also was done Nealy and efficiently as he told us it would be. His demeanor was pleasant and professional and I was highly satisfied with his service. Due to this experience, I will surely consider Indoor Comfort Team first with my next plumbing/ heating needs.

Seasonal service of old furnace in recently purchased home. Took time to identify duct-work idiosyncrasies of dual systems in home and answered all questions during evaluation. Given professionalism and quality of service, signed contract to service both AC units in spring. Also took time to answer questions regarding potential new high efficiency furnace and AC, in addition to ductless mini-split system in sun-room. Overall went great. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and completed all services as listed.

Indoor Comfort Team did a great job putting in a new furnace/AC. Adam is a very professional guy. They do routine semi-annual maintenance since then and are always very professional.

Everything has been done to our satisfaction; Adam carefully listened to our problem and found the solution that best fits our needs and our budget. Before he recommended anything he inspected our house and current heating/cooling system and then he presented us with the best solution. He also worked with us on payment arrangements and scheduling date for work to be done. Adam also recommended proper air cleaner and humidifier after we explained to him what we would like to have done. Indoor Comfort team crew was on time and professional.
