This company is a big time scam. We signed up to them for my wife's practice and they promised they would immediately start credentialing and billing. $1700 later plus $800 from their software partner company meditouch and nothing was done over a month of constantly trying to reach them. They always pretend like they are in meetings and supposedly the owner does the credentialing himself which is mainly part of the reason nothing gets done. They pretend to have a big fancy office but once you enter there is no staff working! I called each week and still no staff. Every time i asked they told me their staff were in continued education classes but the truth is they probably didn't pay their staff so they all left him or the president Joseph Castranova had lost all his clients to his scam as well. I strongly urge everyone not to fall into the same trap and do not lose over a month of business with him. We are losing all the claims we had that were not accounted for an thousands of dollars of lost accounts receivables. Save yourself, quick.
