Sura Korean Cuisine

For those who have never experienced authentic Korean cuisine, they will find it is not only surprisingly delectable, but unexpectedly healthy as well. The wide selection of grilled meats, plentiful vegetables and exotic spices mean every dish will please your stomach without making it grow. Each dish is also accompanied by purple rice, an heirloom variety of rice native to Asia which is naturally rich in iron and provides more antioxidants per serving than blueberries. ‘SuRa’ refers to the meals of the king and royal court during the Joseon Dynasty in Korea. It is this ideal, of providing a meal befitting royalty, that drives SuRa’s ethic of ‘Traditional Food, Modern Style.’ Every guest is presented with traditional, non-Americanized Korean fare in a clean, modern setting accentuated by the experience of the highest levels of contemporary service standards. Our goal is provide the Greater Cincinnati area with a way to experience Korea’s rich culture through delectable cuisine.
