REVERIE ESTATES

I lived at Reverie Estates Village at Fall Creek and I world discharge anyone from living there. Reverie failed to resolve any maintenance requests. They couldn’t fix my bathroom sink or closet door in the two years. The Internet access provided by Reverie for tenants to use for a fee would stop working between several hours a day to a few days a week. When the Internet did work Reverie would filter the content. They block access social networking site and a file sharing website I used to for work. My car was towed from the building parking lot for no reason and I had to pay $180 to get it back.

I have prolonged writing this review concerning Reverie Estates and their latest property, Piccadilly, in part because I wanted to believe that I was wrong about them. Alas, one too many events have occurred that have compelled me to do so. Throughout my residency, I have been mislead about various amenities of the complex. Even though it was explicitly mentioned, I was assured that I was wrong. One staff member will mention one thing and another, something else. Communication between staff members is absent within Reverie. The apartments were constructed cheaply, applying only cosmetic fixes to serious structural problems. In speaking with several tenants, some have had major leaking on the top floor which has gone ignored for months despite repeated calls and messages to the staff. Problematic issues that have developed in my own unit have gone ignored and met with disrespect from various staff members, implying that the gravity of the problem was only an illusion. Phone calls and emails go ignored. Visits to the office end with "we'll get someone on that", but that ends in failed fruition. Waiting for a staff member to come to your unit to check out damage is like waiting for Comcast to show up. In other words, unpredictable with time. In the appeal of styling the units after European aesthetics, the management installed appliances that are low-end and limited in functionality. For example, the dishwasher can only wash small plates and cups. Any normal size plate obstructs the blade from spinning, consequentially failing to clean items. The toilets are low-flow, requiring several flushes before, well, you get the idea. My residency has been a nightmare. A countdown has begun of the days left in my lease. I implore you to reconsider your options if you are looking into Reverie Estates. I don't know if all their properties are like Piccadilly, but I certainly won't be giving any others a chance following this lease.
