The Rick Case Service Department Team was very quick and helpful. I came in for a service recall on my Gold Wing. While waiting for the service I spoke to the parts department and received help there also. Everyone was very accommodation. After my motorcycle was serviced, the technician, Mike came out to introduce himself and to speak with me to suggest future service requirements for my next service interval at 16,000 miles. Overall I'm very pleased with all the support and friendly service I received.

Carlos is an amazing employee - he makes the service part of owning a bike a pleasure. It is never cheap, but I trust Carlos and the guys int he service department. I would not take my bike anywhere else!
