I had the most amazing experience last Friday at your dealership! After doing a lot of internet research, your website was the only one that didn't require my phone number, so I sent a message. I emailed a few times back and forth with Sharon Coral, and she introduced me to John Caiuchi when I came in. He was the perfect person to help me with my purchase - genuine, honest, and he really cared about helping me. This was the first time I have ever leased a car in my own name, and he helped me through all of the steps as if I were his only customer. After experiencing service like this, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I stopped in for my 3 month oil change. Mike took the time to check out my car and answered all my questions. Even the Service Manager Gary, took time to say hello during my visit. All of the salespeople also took time to speak to me when I was in the waiting area. Even though its been 3 months since my last visit, I always feel welcomed. This is my second car from Dick Scott in Canton and I am very happy that I have maintained this Service relationship with each car since 2009.

It was very pleasant and welcoming. Everyone seems to know about the vehicles and was willing to answer questions. It was no problem finding the model we were looking for. My only concern is the lack of customer parking.

Great experience, As soon as I walked out of my old vehicle I was greeted by the Branch Manager. He then had Tony assist me in my search for my new vehicle. The whole center went above and beyond to work with what I was looking for. Test driving was easy, getting the car was just as easy. They delivered what they said they would.
