This guy is a joke, AAA dispatched him at 11:59 AM. I was patient and didn't ask for a update until about 2 PM. AAA said the guy had gotten held up on another call but was on the way now and should be there by 230. 3 pm comes around, nothing so i call again, AAA said that his phone was going straight to voicemail but should be there soon. 4 pm comes, AAA gives me the company name so i can try to reach out, phone still off. 445 I call back, AAA says they got through to him and he is 15 minutes away. 530 pm comes, i call AAA, they say they're finally going to get a supervisor involved and maybe get a new vendor assigned. 545 pm, AAA asks me to find my own provider and they'll reimburse me. This guy is a chump, and so is AAA and I hope theyre poor service costs them their homes and livelihoods.

On Sunday afternoon 2-10-13 Mr. Ellington was contracted through AAA motor company, who was contacted by my girlfriend, to come out and make a new key for her Toyota Celica. Mr. Ellington arrived several hours later and after about 15 minutes called us from the car just outside claiming "he could'nt get the codes from toyota because their computers were down" (in hindsight it's much more likely Mr. Ellington's equipment was screwed up!) . He came back next day and demanded cash before making the key,,,saying his credit card machine was messed up. He then threatened me for calling him unprofessional despite repeated attempts to extort cash from us. I asked him to leave my property and went inside before it got ugly! He then tried to snatch the new key out of my girlfriends hand and she retreated to her car whereupon she DISCOVERED her keys! (karma's a real b__ch!). She gave him back his key as i was walking back outside, where i explained he would no longer be needed! Guys a crook!
