A new employee to the company put a snake down our toilet cracking it in three places. He then had to remove toilet for larger one. Somehow in all this my ceramic tile was cracked also. Now not wanting to take care of this so I’ll be suing them at our local magistrates office. It a real shame it’s coming to this after he’s agreed to replace the toilet originally but has since since a letter telling me it’s a defective toilet and maybe I should contact the manufacturer.
