Location was a bit far from where I live but the people were excellent and I felt welcomed at the dealership. Service was done well and I was pleasantly surprised that the actual annual service cost was lower than I expected. Honest dealer and I will recommend them over others.

Got what I wanted, on my terms, and they even handled my previous vehicle lease by holding onto the car and letting Ally Financial send out their inspector to perform the end of lease inspection. Space is limited in my apartment complex, so for them to hold onto the old car was very nice. I didn't feel like I was being tricked in anyway, and I am glad I no longer have to deal with the sharks at Munday Chevrolet. When I had a question, they answered it quickly or got someone just as fast to answer it.

Very good.While the dealership was busy both times I visited-- I was made comfortable while waiting, and it was made known that I was to be assisted ASAP.
The arrangements were made for me drive the pre-owned vehicle to my mechanic-- and once I got his appraisal of the car-- upon returning to the dealership the finalization of the purchase went exceptionally well and quick too.

My Son in Law and I live in Missouri and were looking for a specific Subaru that this dealership had on hand. I contacted Carlos Herrera and started the discussions about the car. He was very professional in providing me and my son in law with a current video of the car and numerous close up pictures that my son in law wanted to see. Since we were a long way away it was very important that there were no surprises. Carlos was very timely in providing the information and price updates and he made us feel comfortable in a long distance purchase. When we arrived and inspected the car there were a few small surprises but Carlos and the fine staff at the dealership were able to get the vehicle ready to go. The paperwork was quick and we were able to get back on the road quickly. All of the staff were courteous and very helpful. Overall we got an excellent value in the car and a very good experience.

I came in for an oil change.Once I arrived I was greeted quickly and my needs were addressed ASAP. I had an appointment and that time was meet.They changed my oil as well and rotated my tires and topped off the fluids. They also gave my Fifi a wash which she desperately needed. My next stop was going to be the car wash and that was no longer necessary after my visit. While waiting I was able to watch TV and had access to water and coffee. I was treated wonderfully by all the staff at Northside Fia

I was able to bring my car in for maintenance on short notice and they had it ready on the same day. Also, I was able to pick it up after 5 which made it very convienent for me as I do not live in Spring. When I picked up my car it was clean, including the tires! :) Thank you for the great service!

The BEST experience ever! When other dealerships were either unable to get us the deal we wanted or were taking weeks to get back to us, got it done in the same day. We emailed Brandin the details of what we were dealing with and what we were looking for and he assured us he could get it done. We went in around 11:30am and were driving off in our new car by 4pm. Never had we had such a quick and painless experience at a dealership and be able to get it done in one day.

I went in to purchase a 2015 Sport to replace my 2012 Sport that was totaled in a car accident. I have been to the dealership several times over the last few years, and the staff is always so helpful. Ryan Hon is absolutely the best. He is very knowledgeable, and he makes the paperwork part of the process quick and easy without a lot of pressure. Northside Fiat turned a horrible situation into an awesome experience for me. We arrived from previous dealers who stated of having the car available and "just sold" at arrival. Here, the welcome staff was kind as they offered coffee and water. Neal, to-the-rescue, demonstrated the FIAT of my choice and I was allowed to test drive it. He was very informative and I would gladly recommend him. Ryan, the financial advisor, was also very helpful and patient with my numerous questions. The wait to get to the finances would be my only critic, but we took advantage of the vanilla lattes available. It was a great overall experience.

Santiago as well as your finance guy went above and beyond to help us. Santiago even offered to deliver the vehicle to us so we did not have to make another trip (nearly an hour) back to finish the deal. We can buy a vehicle at any dealership, the difference is in the service. We received exceptional service and we plan on buying future vehicles from your dealership because of it. We've bought 5 vehicles in the last 4 years and this has been the most pleasant of all the purchases. We will be back to see Santiago in the future.

Neil Hogg greeted me when I arrived on the dealership lot and asked if I would like some assistance in looking for a car. Gripes aside, everyone we came in contact with was knowledgeable and professional. The car's list price was so low that I didn't even try to negotiate. Carlos is a terrific salesman, spending a lot of time with us even with the low-margin sale. We got the car we wanted at the overall cost I was comfortable with.
