Lakeview Terrace is a beautiful and affordable CCRC (Continuing Care Community) in Altoona, FL. We have a full continuum of services from Independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing care and memory care. Set amidst two lakes, there are walking paths, shuffleboard, 9 hole, par 3 golf course, etc. Our Aquatic/ Wellness Center provides our residents with a heated swimming pool and exercise equipment, all supervised by our Professional Trainer. Spacious garden homes, villas, and apartments are on our gated campus. Wonderful food venues are on campus, along with a library, barber/beauty salon, bank, country store, and more.

Healthcare is ranked 5-Star by the State of Florida and Lakeview Terrace holds the Governor's Gold Seal for Skilled Nursing for 05/15/2018 thru 05/14/2021. Only 28 of 683 SNF's in the State of Florida hold this Gold Seal.
