Founded in 1983 as Johnson Electric Motor Company (Jemco), we began providing electric motor and control sales, service and design to industrial customers in Cullman and the surrounding area. In the mid 1990's as many local industries started to relocate overseas, we expanded our portfolio to include water and waste water management, maintenance and construction services, while continuing to develop and expand our customer base to include North and Central Alabama. As our business grew so did our opportunities and in 1999 our commercial and residential HVAC division was formed.
