Cleaning of the condensing unit coils in the air conditioner
Verifying that the compressor is correctly drawing power.
Checking the motors on the fan and oiling these motors
Confirming that the belts are properly adjusted and in place
Checking the operating pressure of the system against the specs provided by the manufacturer.
Checking the temperature of the unit against the specifications provided by the manufacturer.
Checking the level of Freon to determine that it is not too low.
Changing your filter in order to ensure that it is clean and that air can flow through smoothly.
Confirming that no parts are loose, worn out, rusted or otherwise damage
