When I hired Alfred Animal they were unreliable, acted in bad faith, and never did anything effective for the $347 advance payment that I gave them. They advertise a 100% written guarantee but on their receipt there is a statement that says "No Refunds". I asked for a refund and was told that it would not be possible, even though they did nothing for my advance payment. I never received a written guarantee and, apparently, no refunds means that they do not have to provide any services for any of the required advance payments. There is no mailing address on the receipt but several different mailing addresses for their county and State registrations. There is no contractor license number on their receipt, on their vehicle, or on their advertising as required by NJ consumer laws.

As a result of recent research, I discovered that the NJ Secretary of State has revoked the LLC registration of Alfred Animal due to failure to file annual reports. I checked with Essex County and the business is registered under a totally different address than they used in the LLC. I also found seven complaints with the Better Business Bureau - higher than the average company of this type. I would never attempt to hire this company or Rick Constantino (owner) again.
