Coet2 CPAs, PC is a local CPA firm located in the northwest suburbs of the Denver metro area. We provide tax preparation and planning to more than one thousand clients annually, including small business and their owners, individuals with high net worth, and individuals with complex income tax issues. We provide traditional accounting services including the preparation of financial statements, live payroll preparation, sales and use tax reports, and bookkeeping services to over one hundred and fifty small businesses. As two of the principals of the firm are Certified Financial Planners, and one has additional certifications in business valuation (CVA) and forensic accounting (CFF), we approach our clients financial picture from a holistic perspective. QuickBooks support and installation is available throughout the year, as is other accounting systems design and support.
