First time at this clinic. Have done hair removal - laser and years of body waxing before so I was not too scared of CO2 procedure. Yet William was caring and explained all procedure and after care instructions thoroughly. Some products will be needed for the CO2 laser after care and you can buy these the day of your appointment or online. Perhaps I should have asked in advance so I could prepare better before my appointment and go straight from service to resting at home. The receptionists were attentive and friendly as well. Nice waiting area. Prompt service. Would go back for more services.

I had CO2 Laser Resurfacing and Vampire Facelift around my eyes and cheeks. I literally look 10 years younger. My friends and family are all wanting to come see you. My sister is planning to fly up from San Antonio. I am so happy with my service and the staff is the best! I'll be back.

I can't think of another service to be added. It seems as if they've all been covered. I was very anxious about my appointment, but it was actually very easy. I felt I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and I pretty much was. I also appreciate the groupon and making this affordable for me. I will highly recommend William and Advanced Skin Fitness to all my friends and family.

I am not aware of any new services that could be offered that you don't already offer. One of the things I found attractive about Advanced Skin Fitness is that you offer a broad spectrum of procedures and products for skin and body improvement.

I just had a CO2 laser treatment of my face. Bill use plenty of numbing cream before my procedure so it was easy to tolerate. Although it is too early to know my results my experinece with was excellent.

Tyler is Great. I can tell he is very interested in the outcome and not just doing the job. He always talks to me about the other servicers you offer and is willing to answer my questions. The entire staff I have interacted with is extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. This review is honest, I tend to be a very blunt person and my expectations of customer service are very high. I have managed client services associates in the past so I know what to expect.

Tyler has the perfect customer service.. Knowledge of your services, professional, and friendly. Glenda is willing to answer questions and because she has done some of the services, can provide excellent recommendations. She is a wonderful problem solver also. I don't know if this is something you would do, but I would love it if you added semipermanent eyelashes and nails to your services. I would love to have a one stop place to get everything done and trust that I would not contract fungus with you.

From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave everyone is extremely courteous, polite and informative. Tyler is amazing the way he explains things and how patient he is with all of my questions. And he has a great manner about him. He knows when to talk and when to leave me alone. Just an amazing job all the way around. I think my pre-paid package is now complete and that is the only thing that might have been explained to me when I left a little better. But I didn't ask at the front desk. Tyler did say that end of September might be a good time for me to come back.
