Holy God. The Houston Plumber provided a fast expert service to my bathroom. He fixed things left and right at an epic speed. He had every kind of part and fixture on his truck I needed. The price was REALLY good. (and there is a discount for Showmelocal users I believe). I can't recommend this place more. Seriously.

We have had Houston Plumber to our house for various miscellaneous repairs and installations: a toilet, a faucet, a hot water heater, and on and on. The technician is friendly, conscientious, obviously cares about his work, and gives advice I trust. Quality, friendly, fairly-priced service; that's the type of business I am happy to support.

Houston Plumber came to our church to replace a shutoff valve that was rusty and decrepit and at least 80 years old. They came in with the lowest bid and the fastest potential service date so they won the job. The technician came out on time and did a great job replacing the valve. Then when we had trouble with the toilets after turning the water on (long story) he stayed and got them running. Then the next day we encountered more trouble with the toilets so he came out again and got it fixed, and didn't lay an extra charge on us. I call that good, neighborly service. This is THE people to call for your plumbing.

Never thought that I would write a review about a plumbing company but Houston Plumber was really great!

A plumber came out to fix a leak that I had from my toilet into the basement. Not only was he very professional but he was very good at explaining things to me in detail in a language that I can actually understand. He even took the time to speak with my landlord over the phone and explain to him what was going on and what he was doing to fix the situation. He never pushed additional services but was able to provide recommendations for work that may need to be done in the future.

They were a real pleasure to work with and in the unfortunate event that I ever have to deal with a plumbing issue again I am definitely going to use Houston Plumber!

If there were a way to give 300 stars to a company, I would right now. Houston Plumber just saved me tons of money and time and could not have been nicer in the process. My water heater went out this morning (why wouldn't it being the weekend of Christmas and everything) and since I have to be at the hospital at 4:30 I had to wait to deal with it until I got home. I called Houston Plumber and they told me that fixing water heaters wasn't exactly their thing (they dealt more with replacing them) but would try and help me anyway. After talking me through what to check for 20 very polite and patient minutes later I can finally say I have hot water again. The staff at Houston Plumber is so un-freaking-believably amazing I can't believe it. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Houston Plumber is great. My parents had a major water leak at their house. I called Houston Plumber and they came out right away. They were very professional and courteous. They really cared about getting my parent's pipes fixed. Thanks for all your great work and caring about your customers. That is something to brag about these days. Highly recommend Houston Plumber!

If you need a plumber you should call these guys. I was very impressed with the way they handled my plumbing issue. The technician came out, evaluated the situation and explained to me everything that needed to be done. Their price was just right and I am very happy with this company. Houston Plumber has got to have the most honest, reliable, professional, and courteous employees I've ever seen at a plumbing company! We called them for a water leak in our attic and they were here within 2 hours! They replaced 20' of galvanized pipe and also flushed the water heater. Their prices are very reasonable and it shows that they care about their customers.

After calling several places on a Friday evening and seriously considering snaking the clean-out myself, I decided to go with Houston Plumber because of a friends recommendation and their competitive service rate. I was pleased with the coordination of service by their office coordinator and the timely arrival of their serviceman. He was courteous, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of services rendered. He's a GREAT hire for the company! I would definitely recommend a friend their seamless service to everyone who asks me. Satisfied Customer!

Late Sunday afternoon I discovered a large pool of water on my bathroom floor. With the Showmelocal I called all the well known large plumbing companies. All claimed to have 24/7 service. After 2 hours of phone tag, not one could make it to my NW Houston home until the next morning. I called Houston Plumber and in about an hour the tech was at my door. By this time it was 8 PM. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I am an elderly woman and live alone. He explained what had to be done and gave the price before the work started. He was very professional and respectful. It is always a comfort to be treated in this manner during a time of crisis. I would recommend Houston Plumber to anyone and will call them first next time I need a plumber at my house.

From the minute I dialed the Houston Plumber number and a very nice man was able to tell me how to turn off my water which was leaking into my home from a busted line under my sink, I knew I had called the right place. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and ON TIME! Thanks for taking such pride in what you do!

Houston Plumber technician came and replaced my water heater the same day! I needed it as house guests were coming over and they took care of it, cleaned up and got it all done in time.

Houston Plumber technician arrived promptly and gave me his professional opinion. I was very happy with his service and am happy with the Houston Plumber service. Everyone I have spoken with was very professional and most of all very polite and friendly.

I was doing laundry late at night when some pipe busted and water was EVERYWHERE. I called Houston Plumber and they sent someone out within the hour. The best part was that the plumber had everything in his car to fix my problem. He didn't have to wait until the next day or make a late night run. The emergency service and response was worth every penny, knowing that my floors didn't have a chance to get ruined.

Houston Plumber solved my plumbing problem at the office with one short visit. After two other companies have been failed to fix it. The technician also did a very through inspection at home. Highly recommend them!

These people charged me $245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another $150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for $81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates!

I really had a positive experience with this Company. They were quick and fixed my plumbing problem
