These guys are AMAZING!!! It's as simple as that. My hot water heater was on the fritz and had to be replaced ASAP. YB Plumbing technician came out within a few hours, took out the old one and installed the new one in no time at all. And guess what else? The only Plumbing Contractor you will ever need. They use actual Plumbers that do the work to provide the estimates so they know first hand what they will be doing. The plumbers came to our house and I immediately knew this was the right guys for the job. Knowledge, experience, integrity, price and the right attitude for a difficult job. To my surprise they showed up right on time despite a steady rain and freezing temperatures. They never complained or changed their price despite running into every possible problem while replacing our main water line. They have replaced over 30,000 water lines, I was honored to have them replace ours. They worked 11 hours straight in miserable conditions on a job that they thought would take four hours. Don't call any one else but YB Plumbing, save your time and your money.

YB Plumbing technician was great! He was provide me a very good estimate based on photos I submitted of the job site, rather than requiring an in-person visit for an estimate which saved us time. He answered all of our questions and was able to work around the shoddy job that our general contractor had done with the rough plumbing. He installed our kitchen sink, disposal, got everything ready for our dishwasher, installed the sink, faucet, toilet and fancy shower bar for the guest bathroom as well as replacing and tightening down some loose fixtures in the master bathroom, and installing an S-curve to make the shower tall enough for me to not bend over. Very nice guy, he was easy to get hold of and responds quickly by phone or email.

I had YB Plumbing come out to hook up a kitchen sink I installed, a garbage disposal and a new dishwasher. All I can say is that if you want someone who's competent, efficient, personable and very reasonably priced, then this is the company for you. The technician was very professional and thorough. He also discussed several things for my consideration to save me money and that he thought were a good idea. Who does that? Awesome! Wow, I felt like I didn't get raked over the coals but instead found someone I could not only use again in the future, but recommend to others. Great job YB Plumbing! We had a bathroom sink that kept getting clogged and no amount of other plumbing contractors would do the trick. Called YB Plumbing, they were there within 2 hours and got the thing cleared out. When we realized that I had accidentally taken the checkbook to work, they said "no big deal," and let us mail in the check. Polite, prompt, family-owned, and acceptable price for the service. Will use them again.

I have to admit, I'm really impressed with these guys. YB Plumbing technician is such a nice guy, and is very easy to communicate with via email, which I love. Based on other quotes I received for the job, I think his prices are very fair. Today, his guys put in a new hot water heater for us. We have a difficult venting situation, but he found a heater that would suit our needs. He called two days ago to confirm our appointment, his guys arrived on time (actually, early, but didn't ring our doorbell until the prearranged hour!), and were clean and tidy both working and finishing up the job. I will absolutely call YB Plumbing back for our future plumbing needs, and recommend them to friends! :-)

I had YB Plumbing come to my condo to replace my cracked sink faucet. The plumber was courteous, professional and even better he was on time! I had confirmed the appointment with him the night before and he was quick to text me back with the confirmation of his arrival the next morning. He even took a look at other plumbing issues and gave me suggestions of things to watch out for. He was well priced and did a great job...not to mention very easy on the eyes :)

YB Plumbing technician was fantastic. We were a little out of his normal area but he came and gave an estimate anyway because it was a larger job (gas conversion). He was very patient with us as we went through hoops to get the bank loan and was easily available via email. Showed up every morning at around 7.30 and locked the door when they left if I hadn't come home yet. Worked within the time frame and contracted budget and they cleaned up afterwards. After some confusion with the gas company, he even came out on a Saturday to finish the last bit of work so we could have heat after 4 weeks without! (our oil burner died...) On a more personal note, as a woman, I was condescended to by some of the other plumbers I had out for estimates, but he explained everything to me without being like that, which I very much appreciate.

Our 3 year old garbage disposal started leaking recently. I turned to Showmelocal to find a plumber. Glad I picked YB Plumbing. The technician came to look at the garbage disposal and gave me an estimate. Turned out disposal was installed with 2 missing screws and was in a bad shape. We agreed on a date and time. The technician showed up to install it this morning. He did a really good job. We have a brand new non leaking disposal now. Just in time for the holidays...I really liked dealing with him as he was available via email, text messages, phone. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommended YB Plumbing. Plumber arrived early, was clean and friendly. Our toilet issue had magically improved overnight, but he spent some time making sure it was actually working. After a few flushes the issue returned, and he diagnosed it and solved it easily, for a reasonable cost. He was very clean the entire time, and even made sure not to scratch our toilet bowl with the pipe augur. He also spent more time than usual making sure, after the fix, that it was really working. Definitely call these guys.

I own a small factory in Houston, TX and I had some drain issues. Anyway call YB Plumbing and the plumber came out and snake the drain for me. That didn't seem to clear the problem so he popped open the S trap and blew it out with a hose. That did the trick. Went the extra mile on time fair prices. I would highly recommend.

Plumbing service on Sunday...WOW!!! We had a slow draining kitchen sink that would back up after washing a few dishes. I found YB Plumbing on Showmelocal and decided to call yesterday morning (Sunday) and the plumber was at my house within a few hours. Our pipes were full of grease and years of built up gunk. I decided on water-jetting for an additional cost, but received $25 off for mentioning Showmelocal. He was prompt, courteous, and most of all...an excellent plumber. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

YB Plumbing technician seem like the real deal. I had them come out to do an inspection for a home I am purchasing. They were on time, courteous and definitely knew what they were doing. They gave me a detailed response recommended some repairs but did not try to "hard sell" me. I appreciate it when a company gives me advice on what to do, separates the things you really need to do versus the things you can do later or not all at but most of all I like it when they are friendly and not pushy. These guys are great! We called another local plumbing company who stood us up and left us without water all day. So at 5 p.m. on a Friday night, I found YB Plumbing and they sent someone after their last job. The plumber arrived and had to fix a major leaky pipe while underneath the house. In addition, he fixed the leaky faucet in the back house and also fixed the garbage disposal. He was very competent and what a nice guy. Yes, he also gave us the Showmelocal $25 off discount and did not charge extra for working until 9 p.m. at night. They definitely have the right name for this company, because we were treated by YB Plumbing very well.

This company is very professional and courteous. When they say they will be there, they ARE there. They showed up the same day I called, on a Friday, to have a look. They gave me two quotes and, after I made my decision, they came back the next day to make the repair. It was necessary to dig a trench, and I was amazed at how considerate they were. Tarps were put down for the dirt, and the sod was laid neatly to one side. After new copper pipes were installed, they refilled the trench, trampled on the sod to level it with the rest of the yard, and gave it a good drink of water. The yard & walkway were spotless when they were through. The plumber also checked all the faucets and toilets inside the house, to make sure no dirt had gotten into the line. The only negative thing I could say, and this is my own fault, is that no itemized bill was received. Perhaps, if I had thought to ask for it, I would have received one. Overall, I am most pleased with YB Plumbing. It was wonderful to have the work done so soon after my initial call and without having to take off a day from work. Saturday service, yay!

I discovered a water leak coming up from the grass, so not having needed a plumber in a while, I went to Showmelocal for a recommendation. I noticed that YB Plumbing had over 15 reviews, so I read many of them, and they were all excellent. I called them at about 10 am that day and they said they could have someone come out between 2 & 5 pm that same day. I told them the next day would be better, since I was concerned they might be working in the dark since the leak was outside. So they gave me an appointment for between 11 am & 1 pm the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when the plumber showed up earlier than my time frame the next morning, especially since it was Holidays season. He was able to find the leak very quickly. He told me how he proposed to fix the leak and he quoted me a reasonable price (they give a $25 off for telling them I found them on Showmelocal). He completed the repair in a reasonable period of time. I was extremely happy to have this problem fixed, and my experience with YB Plumbing was great. The plumber was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. When I need a plumber again, I will certainly call YB Plumbing. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Forgive me if I am overflowing with enthusiasm, but I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with YB Plumbing! I originally was working with a nationally-known plumbing company, and the "issue" continued and was escalating. I was given a wrong diagnosis and a very expensive quote. I contacted a best friend for a local referral, and I am so grateful for the decision. He referred me to YB Plumbing, who quickly assisted with the correct diagnosis and resolved the issue in a fraction of the time the other company quoted and at a fraction of the cost!
