Dustin and his team removed the existing gravity furnace in my house, built in 1908, and installed a high efficiciency furnace with custom ductwork retrofit to existing ductwork.The process went very smoothly. Dustin and his team worked quickly and thoroughly to get the work done. He was great at communicating about the timeline for the project and when they would be at the house working. Dustin also made great efforts to explain what they were doing as the project progressed and how and why he did things in certain ways. For example, he constructed a lot of beautiful custom ductwork with curved "arms" rather than at right angles to facilitate the flow of warm air. He was painstaking in his efforts to do a really quality job and takes great pride in his work. The price was reasonable, and although I could have possibly gotten the job done slightly cheaper elsewhere, I feel good knowing that the job was done right and to the highest standards by someone who is all about quality and creative problem solving. I am confident that I got my money's worth!

I used the services of Applied Energy Innovations LLC for insulation and general remodeling. They specialize in solar, but it’s a full service company. Since they are licensed for construction, I had them do a lot of doors, trim, flooring, vanadium, etc. They re-did the bathroom in my rental property. They were excellent. They always kept you up to date about what was going on, scheduling, permits, the people and what they were looking for. They insulated the attic also in the rental property. I will continue to use them in the future.
