I was paying Spectrum/charter tv and Internet, $165.00 a month. I called No Wires and got Dish with a talking remote and Internet price for life. I am saving $50 a month an I got brand new equipment. The installer was helpful and showed me how to use everything. Way better service. Turbo their dog is so cute he greeted me at the door. They have a store here in town.

The customer service is terrible. They don't return phone calls when you have problems or outages, don't keep appointment times and it takes days to get anything done. The owner told us that one of the perks with going local was that "you have us" -- not at all. I have received much more of a headache from them then I find necessary! I called them AFTER my scheduled appointment time (and waiting around for them to show up) to have them tell me that they wouldn't be there for the instillation and it would be at least two more days because they didn't have the right equipment. Not a good way to run a business. Not to mention they said they could bundle plans (Yea, sure no problem) that they couldn't bundle, nor checked into at the time... Not a satisfied customer at all!!
