Jim, Jeri, and their associate Kenzie provided excellent service and expertise. Great local knowledge. They helped and even participated in pre-sale repairs and improvements. They made sure that we were very often the first buyers to view a property. Jim's construction background was very helpful in making buying and pricing decisions.
