The crew placed everything in its proper place, arranged and re-arranged furniture and assembled furniture efficiently. "Our son and his girlfriend hired City Express Movers to move from our house on Long Island to Midtown West. Son had to be at the apartment to accept other furniture deliveries and his girlfriend had to work, so my husband and I supervised at our end. Frank and Alex arrived only about 10 minutes late, which was excellent considering they'd never been out this way before and had been given confusing directions. They were personable, polite and worked carefully, yet fast-- the truck was packed up in less than an hour and they left. We left right afterwards with a full carload. Traffic was heavy. We got there first and unloaded the car and moved it, just as they arrived...perfect timing. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and with smiles. We were up in the apartment when they were done and my son paid them. There were no surprises...not a penny over the quoted flat-rate, despite the heavy traffic, some extra items not included in the inventory and the rather long haul from the truck to the building's service elevator. When we got home, there was a message on our machine from Frank saying he was sorry they didn't get a chance to say good-bye and to thank us for our help...what nice guys!! We will recommend City Express Moving to everyone we know."
