My first appointment was at 4 pm, for which I left work early I called them at 7 to find out where the repair man would be there, and they said 9 pm. I could not do that since my kids would be asleep. They rescheduled for a friday two weeks after. After waiting for 1 hour past my appointment I called, simply for them to tell me that my appointment was for Sunday, but when I assured them that it was for that friday, they replied, "then he are just gonna have to reschedule you again"
