I have lost some weight, gained energy, found muscles I never knew I had, and have been having a blast! As a middle-aged teacher, it is wonderful to try something that is hard for me and to watch excellent teachers in another discipline in action. Dr. Lockhart and his staff are incredibly accomplished. More important to me is the fact that they know how to be inclusive to all ages and abilities and that the dojo is very family-oriented.
