After some heavy rains, my sewer seemed to be blocked and was backing up in the toilet, shower, and sinks. I called Alligator to see when they could tend to the issue. They came out that same day and resolved it. I will be definitely using them again if the occasion arises.

Best of the Bunch! Our shower drains were clogged and backing up so we called Alligator Sewer and Drain and he quoted a price which was very, very reasonable considering what other plumbers charge. Within approx one hour (on a Saturday) they arrived and got to work. They were very careful in all because my building was too old.

I called Alligator Sewer and Drain last week and the plumber was a great man. He could diagnose the problem and solve it very quickly and then he advised me how to keep it from happening again. It's been almost a week since he unclogged the drain, and I'm still enjoying being able to pour water into one side of the sink without seeing it comes up in the other side.

Had them to replace my old garbage disposal - it's been sounding horrible for several weeks now and I was saving to get it replaced. The plumber they sent out was able to get the new garbage disposal installed in my kitchen in about 30 minutes. Very quick service, punctual plumber, and very friendly service they provide.

I had a main sewer stoppage the morning of my daughter's fifth birthday party. Panic time! Of the three plumbing companies I called, this one answered with a live person and dispatched a plumber within the hour.

Last Sunday evening our kitchen drain stopped up. We spent Sunday night and all night Monday trying to unclog it ourselves using various products and snaking the drain with our small snake to no avail. We finally called 206-337-2116 to Alligator Sewer and Drain. They were in our house within only half an hour and open our clogged drain. Thanks a lot to these guys.

The plumber did an incredible job! What should have been a simple kitchen faucet replacement turned into a huge nightmare! Unknown to us, our hot water pipe was completely full of calcium derbies that were blocking our line. He quickly and creatively came up with a possible solution to correct the problem -- and it worked beautifully!

Alligator Sewer and Drain did an absolutely fantastic job. I called them last Monday and they came in time and stayed late one night to fix a problem. He diagnosed it, and then we went through the options to repair it. His repairs were expertly and efficiently performed and over a week later we still feel that his work and treatment of us were the best.

I am just sharing my first experience with Alligator Sewer and Drain. They arrived at my house at 8am just as I had requested. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. In one hour, he replaced my garbage disposal and fixed my bathroom faucets. I couldn't figure out how to do in two or three attempts…!

Great Job...! I recently called Alligator Sewer and Drain because I had a leaky shower. I give them 5 stars because they answered the phone and showed quickly. They showed up and had the part on the truck and fixed the leak that day. I was very impressed. If you need any plumbing done then give them a call.
