Pluck University Wings

In their senior year of college Steve and Greg’s future had already seemed assured. Steve was on his way to law school and Greg had a high-paying job all lined up on Wall Street. Yet, that spring, they had a dream, a dream of selling Buffalo-style Chicken wings in New York City. So, Steve and Greg told the Ivy league and Wall Street respectively, that they were going to “wing-it” and thus the dream of Pluck University was hatched. Our two intrepid pluckers set out armed with a little ingenuity, determination, and Mom’s chicken wing recipe. From there they developed their five secret sauces: Mild, Medium, Hot, 2Hot (Death), and BBQ. They added other items including, chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, their special beef chili, fresh cut fries, onion rings, and salads.
