Risotto

Risotto is a local neighborhood Italian restaurant and bar centrally located in the hamlet of Thornwood. The building itself has been occupied by restaurants for over fifty years and we are proud to continue that tradition. Our dedication to preserving the freshest quality of each ingredient keeps us creative and serves as a reminder of our commitment to simple recipes with authentic Italian flavor. As both the chefs and owners of Risotto we are familiar faces to the locals, an ode to our twenty year former affiliation with Amalfi Restaurant. Using our shared cultivated backgrounds in the food industry as our foundation, we opened Risotto in February 2010, our first independent collaboration.
