The name they stamp on the receipt is Locksmart Locksmith but the name that corresponds to the address stamped on the receipt is Columbus Locksman. They do not list an address on their website, though you can find it on Google Maps. They also list various phone numbers, none of which corresponds to the Customer Service number they give you when you call with questions. I have no idea why they do this, but it seems a bit shady.) to get a price for re-keying a single lock. They told me it would cost $19 to come to the house, $15 for the service, and possibly a little extra if there were complications. When they came to the house they handed me a bill for $84.36! They charged an additional $45 for re-keying the lock. If the service costs $45, then what is the $15 service charge for? And where did they come up with the extra $45 charge? There were no complications. It took less than fifteen minutes to re-key the lock. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for two days and just keep getting the run around or left on hold for an hour or more. I can't even find a place to write a review. Apparently they have to accept reviews before posting them, leading to an obvious bias. This experience has been unbelievably frustrating.
