Very good service! We could not have asked for a more professional contractor! His employees were all very helpful from the office staff who helped book the estimate to the crew he had come out and take down the old building we had torn down. They were on time and within budget! The clean up job they did after was amazing! I highly recommend Affordable Demolition for any demolition work you may need to have done!

The kids are bummed but the pool is gone! We just couldn't afford to fill and keep up the pool maintenance any more! A website with how to save your house and money in this economy recommend if you have pool to have it demolished and filled in (have it compacted). So we did. We had called around but Affordable Demolition gave us the best quote and had all there own equipment! They came out right on schedule and did the work fast and efficiently! It's like we never even had a pool back there! (not that the kids will ever let us forget) The clean up job was amazing! they left our yard and walkways even the street clean as a whistle! I hope if you have any demolition jobs you call Affordable Demolition, you won't get better service!!!

My swimming pool needed to go. It was old and the tiles were broken up and no one swam in it for years. I looked around for a demolition company that could take it down for me and everybody was charging me a king s ransom. Then I called Affordable Demolition, their rate was ok but the workmanship and professionalism was just priceless.

I son had a huge wood and metal jungle gym set in the backyard when he was a kid. Now that he's a grown man and living in Atlanta, I thought it'd be best to get rid of it and actually have some space in the backyard. So I hired this demo company. I’m glad I found this company. They were very professional and did their work quickly without fuss.

Thank goodness for these guys!! We had a tree removed from our front yard but the sidewalk was already damaged from the roots and we kept having passers by trip over the broken concrete so we decided to remove and redo it. (we live in an area the city won't even consider coming out too!) These guys had the job done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend them!

I called Affordable Demolition Tarzana and was quoted that same day! When the guys came out they were very prepared for the task at hand and right on time! It even took them less time than I was quoted and that included tear down, hauling everything away and clean up.... now when I say clean up I can not emphasize enough the fantastic job they did cleaning up after themselves! They even took a metal detector thing and checked the yard and where they walked to and from the truck for stray nails and screws and small scrap metal! I didn't even think about that until I saw them doing it! And me with 4 kids and 2 dogs could not have been more grateful for the consideration that was given. These guys were the best! I recommend them for any demo project you may be thinking of doing! You won't regret the choice!

Don't try this at home!! We wanted to removal all the old tile from our very pink guest bathroom and my husband thought he could do it himself… he was wrong! We called these guys and they took care of everything! They were very professional and quite clean! When they were done it was as if they were never even here!!! Great job!!!

Wonderful fast service! We are updating our bathrooms and could not have found a better demolition service! They were SO professional! And clean (bonus)... it's as if they were never even in the house, except of course for the gutted bathrooms (2) that are all set for our guy to come in and turn our 1930's bathroom into a water efficient bathroom fit for life in 2011!

Old wood patio demolished! I needed to have our old wood patio torn down so I could have a concrete patio (and new bbq that I don't have to worry about a spark setting off the old patio like kindling!) installed, plus there were more spiders and critters under it than I'd like to admit and it was just becoming a hazard. I called Affordable Demolition Tarzana and was quoted that same day! When the guys came out they were very prepared for the task at hand and right on time!
