Concrete Removal at it's best! We needed to redo our driveway after a sewage backup forced us to cut a big hole in the middle of the driveway, what a pain but at the same time a great opportunity to have our driveway redone. First we had to have all the concrete broken up and removed, we called around and found that Local Demolition Thousand Oaks was not only local but had the most competitive price and could schedule sooner than all the rest. They showed up right on schedule and had all the equipment and trucks they needed, they were so professional and hard working! After they hauled away all the broken up driveway they swept and cleaned the street area to where it was if they had never even been here at all! What wonderful, fast and reliable service! We WILL be adding Local Demolition Thousand Oaks to our rolodex!"

Thank goodness for these guys! We found out that our detached garage was on the brink of falling down! We called and they came out the same day to give us a very low estimate. When they came to do the work they were on time and wonderful! The death trap came down without a problem! The clean up was great and the service was impeccable! Thanks guys you probably saved our lives!!!

If you have unwanted concrete these are your guys! They successfully removed our old, cracked and hazardous driveway and side walk way. They were on time and worked very hard! Very professional service! The clean up job after was spectacular! Highly recommend using them!!

Our old tree house just had to come down before it caused some real damage. The kids are gone now so the death trap in the backyard had to go! I was very concerned about keeping the tree but wanted that eyesore out of it without too much damage. When I called and told the contractor about the project he was more than willing to work with us and said he would try his best to maintain the integrity of the tree. They did just that! What a wonderful company to work with! They came in and took down the tree house with hardly any damage to the tree, the clean up job they did was fantastic! You couldn't even tell anyone had been in the yard, less the missing tree house, everything was hauled away and not a scrap or nail was left behind! These guys were the best!!
