Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a job done, whether big or small. The prices were affordable, they did an excellent job, and I truly felt important to them. I was happy, and I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

I am a contractor for a strip mall in Chatsworth and I needed to replace all the concrete sidewalks in front of all the businesses. I did a google search online and found a company that was interested in bidding on my project. I actually chose this company for my project and they did the demolition of all the sidewalks in about 2 days. I was very glad I chose this company, they did a quick job, clean and precise, and I was able to start pouring new sidewalks. I will call this company back for other projects.

"There are no better guys to call if you need demolition work done! I'm an apartment manager for a few apartment complexes and have used these guys every time we need to renovate an apartment. From just coming in and cleaning out old junk and appliances to ripping out countertops and cabinets or even the occasional total bathroom remodel... these are your guys! They are so reliable I can't remember what we did before using them! They work fast and are always on time and below budget! They leave the job so clean we can almost move someone in right away (that is if they don't need a working kitchen or bathroom) We will never use anyone else and hope you feel the same after giving them a call for any and all your demo needs!"

I'm a contractor who specializes in complete home remodeling. I always have need for someone to do deconstruction and demolition. I've worked with 8 companies over the years and all of them always seemed to screw me over one time or the other. That all ended when I started working with Local Demo Van Nuys. Thank goodness for these guys! We found out that our detached garage was on the brink of falling down! We called and they came out the same day to give us a very low estimate. When they came to do the work they were on time and wonderful! The death trap came down without a problem! The clean up was great and the service was impeccable! Thanks guys you probably saved our lives!!!

The kids are bummed but the pool is gone! We just couldn't afford to fill and keep up the pool maintenance any more! A website with how to save your house and money in this economy recommend if you have pool to have it demolished and filled in (have it compacted). So we did. We had called around but Local Demolition Van Nuys gave us the best quote and had all there own equipment! They came out right on schedule and did the work fast and efficiently! It's like we never even had a pool back there! (not that the kids will ever let us forget) The clean up job was amazing! they left our yard and walkways even the street clean as a whistle! I hope if you have any demolition jobs you call Local Demolition Van Nuys, you won't get better service!!!

What great work! We had a retaining wall that had long stopped retaining anything years ago. When I was quoted such a low price I was afraid the work would be just as cheep, but as it turned out these guys were not only fast and hardworking but so professional! They came out ON TIME and had the job done and cleaned up before my husband got home from work! I highly recommend them for any demolition needs you may have!
