I would give this company ZERO stars as a rental management company, but the minimum allowed is one. We contacted them about a home 3 weeks ago and told them up front that it was the one we wanted to lease. They never returned a SINGLE phone call to us, never replied to a single email we sent them, and gave us wishy-washy information every time we spoke to them. We would ask a question, and the response would be "er, um, well..." with never any certainty in answering us. And finally after a week of waiting and a week of calling/emailing, we FINALLY spoke to the one we'd been speaking to and he told us that another family had seen the home AFTER us (and he never called us to let us know, like he said he would) and that they said they wanted to move in right away and that we needed to wait an additional month. We asked him to PLEASE let us know if the move-in date was the deciding factor so that we could decide if we could do it--but still no call and another week passed with no return call or email. We called again and got a call from the owner of this company who said "I made the call" and decided to let the other family rent the home because they said they'd move in right away and we needed that mortgage payment covered. So the guy we worked with (JD) did not follow up with us NOT EVEN ONE TIME, he did NOT call us to tell us another family had viewed the property after we did like he said he would, and he did NOT call us to tell us that the deciding factor was the move-in date, like he said he would. And then when I spoke to the owner, John, directly, he simply said he made the call to go with the other family. I would NOT recommend working with this company and feel fortunate that we saw up front how they do business poorly. It was not professional, it was not handled ethically (with promises made and not kept), and we were not treated like the other rental management companies in this area have treated us. Go with Rudulph or AHI instead! And homeowners, take note too--don't use them for your rental management. They put us off and put us off--and we were ready to sign a long-term lease (and yes, we would have moved in a month early), but they kept putting us off. I really give ZERO stars to this company...the ONE star I have to select is too much.
