I chose Musca Law because they are a very well-known firm here in Ft. Lauderdale, and I only wanted the best representing me. I was impressed with the price considering how popular they are, and that wasn’t the only thing. I got along very well with the DUI attorney that they assigned to me, and he did his best to see that I got what I wanted out of the court process. It was thanks to him that I was allowed to keep my license, and that was what I needed the most.

My DUI lawyer was a great help to me both in the courtroom and out of it. He was happy to answer all of the questions that I asked him about what was going on in the case. We worked together to develop a strategy that allowed me to both keep my license and avoid prison time. This is the first time that I’ve ever worked with a lawyer, but I was very happy with the experience. If I hadn’t been on trial, I might have even have had a pleasant time, haha.

Musca Law was actually the second firm I called to handle my case. I had another DUI lawyer from Fort Lauderdale, but they were bungling my case from the beginning, and I needed to change them before they did any more damage. I was surprised at how quickly my new lawyer from Musca was able to get the balls rolling again. I shudder to think what would have happened if I let the old lawyer finish the case. I’d probably be in jail.

I want to thank Musca Law for the second chance that they gave me after I was charged with a DUI. I could have very easily ended up in prison if it wasn’t for their defense, and the deal that they were able to arrange for me. It won’t happen again, as I promised my family; I’ll be taking a break from the bottle for a while. I wouldn’t have even had that choice without Musca.

I was hoping for a plea bargain, but I never dreamed that my lawyer could get me a dismissal of the charge. That is just what my Musca Law attorney was able to do. He proved that my constitutional rights were violated, and used that to prevent all of the prosecution’s evidence from being submitted.
