Egregiously overpriced, dishonest late-night advertising. Trick cold, tired people into paying $500 in the middle of the night for a simple repair by underestimating the price on the phone. Next time I'm going to a hotel.

I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews. And yet given the choice between hiring my cat Buster Douglas and "One Hour Heat and Air" to fix my furnace, my cat wins hands down, every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Why? Oh dear god, here's what happened. 1. The company does NOT come in one hour, as advertised. 2. They charged WAY more than they had promised on the phone. 3. They are wildly dishonest. 4. Their "membership club" is an insult to the phrase "membership club," and frankly an insult to anyone with half a brain (or ability to cough up a hairball.) 5. If I ever hire this company again, please have me committed in the nearest loony bin, throw out the key, then bury it, then kill me, then bury me, and leave my belongings to my cat Buster Douglas. He is much, much better at "heat and air" than this company.
