If you are not covered by these insurance plans, but you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance will typically cover your charges. Please check with your insurance carrier before your first appointment. In some cases, patients with out-of-network insurance plans will be treated as Cash Patients until payment is secured from the Insurance Company, and a refund will be given to the patient as necessary.
