I was having problem with my Maytag oven not heating, so I called American West Appliance because they are located in West Hills and have high rating. The technician came as promised in 3 hours, had a new igniter on his truck and my problem was fixed the same day. He was very pleasant, honest and hard working. I am very happy with his service!

They were able to send someone the same day we called. The technician arrived on time, he was professional and thorough. After checking our washer, he immediately assessed the issue and solved the problem right away. He was efficient and pleasant. The cost of repair was less than we anticipated, so we were very happy. We contacted American West regarding ice maker not producing ice cubes. Alex came out to check it and he determined that it was ice maker itself that was not working and the water line was not blocked. He had a brand new ice maker on his truck and installed it right away. The technician was trustworthy, honest and a very nice guy. We are very happy with his service.

The top oven on my built-in double oven was not working. I called them and they took all the information to be prepared when they come out. The technician was on time and friendly. He checked the oven thoroughly and determined that the heating element for the broiler went out and needed to be replaced. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend!
