About Nakitare Builders LLC

What Can Radiant Barrier Insulation Do For You? Reduce utility bills and save energy Qualifies for tax credits Improves comfort in building structure Reduces attic temperatures up to 30 degrees in summer Reduces heat loss in winter Improves air conditioning and heating performance up to 50% Does not harm roof or roofing materials Permeable, does not trap moisture Improves efficiency of existing insulation Increase the value of your home Radiant Barrier Insulation saves energy and improves the comfort in your home or building. It is made up of multiple layers of aluminum which reflect and reduce the emittance of radiant energy by 97%. The layers are perforated to allow vapor transmission. The unique design of radiant barrier insulation reduces heat gain in the summer and heat loss in the winter. Call Today for your FREE ESTIMATE! 866.863.2335 Radiant Barrier Insulation reflects heat, unlike blown or rolled insulation, which only slows down or resists heat transfer. A heated room, by natural and scientific law, always turns cold. Thus, the problem is how to keep the heat in during the winter and out during the summer. There are three ways in which heat moves from warm spaces to cold spaces: heatmovement Conduction is direct heat flow through a solid object like a wall or ceiling. Convection is heat movement through air, occurring when air is warmed. The warm air expands, becoming less dense, and rises. Radiation is the movement of heat rays across air spaces from one warm object to another cooler object. The heat we feel from a wood stove or a quartz space heater is radiant heat. attic4 All objects and bodies give off radiant heat! Even the insulation in your attic gives off radiant heat to the cold attic space in the winter and to the living space in the summer. In winter, regular insulation won't stop radiant heat loss! Radiant heat must be reflected with a radiant barrier. Radiant Barrier Insulation will re-radiate only 3% of heat in which it comes in close physical contact compared with the approximate 90% re-radiation of ordinary building materials at the same temperature. attic1 Covering your attic insulation with Radiant Barrier Insulation holds the heat in the house during cold winters, just like wrapping a baked potato in aluminum foil keeps a potato warm longer by holding the heat in. In summer, just like a space suit, Radiant Barrier Insulation reflects the sun's heat before it can warm up the insulation in your attic. When the insulation stays cooler, your house will stay cooler. Think of it like a Thermos Bottle... a near perfect insulator. attic2 The tight seal and air space prohibits heat transfer by conduction and convection. The reflective surfaces inhibit radiation heat transfer. If it starts out hot it stays hot because very little heat is transferred to the cooler outside. If it's cold it stays cold because very little heat is transferred from the warmer outside. houseinsulation Radiant Barrier Insulation can be installed on top of your present insulation like a blanket or stapled under your rafters or crawl space. Regardless of how much insulation you have in your attic, adding Radiant Barrier Insulation will save on your heating and cooling expense and keep you much more comfortable. attic3 Up to 25% in energy savings can be realized depending on climate, building configuration, materials used, site, family size, and lifestyle, etc. Nakitare Builders has been trained to evaluate your home or business and advise you of your energy savings potential. We are Central Florida's Radiant Barrier Insulation sales and Installation experts.
