I locked my keys in my car 4/20/2011 at VA Palo Alto Hospital parking lot S100. I told them the make model and year of vehicle. I was quoted $39.00 service call and $19.00 labor. When the locksmith arrived he up the price to $139.00!! We talked down to $100.00. It took both of us working together to open the vehicle about 1-1/2 hrs. The bill jumped up to $178.00. We haggled again he took $18.00 off so I paid $160.00 for a job that should have cost at the most $80.00 rounded off. $39+2x19=$77.00 actual cost. Don't use this out fit!!
