My wife put a load in the washing machine last Friday night and we came down Saturday morning to find the entire basement flooded. Our tenant’s apartment got flooded as well and their carpet was soaked. We called Joe Kielbasa’s (from Staten Island) to clean up and fix the water damage. Wet carpet and padding from our flooded Staten Island home & our tenant’s was ripped up & taken away. Laminate flooring in our back room had to be removed as well. Molding & sheet rock was cut (all got wet. What a disaster!) Dryers & dehumidifiers ran for days to dry the structure. Since then we haven’t had a drop of water in our basement. They billed the insurance direct & we were paid separately for the contents. My wife & I highly recommend them. They responded quickly & promptly and were very personable.

n 2010, I had a massive flood in my basement from an upstairs bathroom. The water went through the floors, walls & ceiling. The water damage was terrible. The carpeting & padding was soaking wet, as were the floors, walls & ceiling. My wife & I were so overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn to get the water damage cleaned up & our carpeting dried. We called Joe Kielbasa's Flood Service in Staten Island & received excellent service. Joe was very quick to arrive at our home with a courteous & professional crew to assess the extent of the water damage & to develop a plan for the water damage cleanup. They billed the insurance directly & they received a check for the work that they did. All I was responsible for was my deductible. They did an extremely thorough job. My wife & I are thankful for the help we received from Joe & his crew. We highly recommend him to anyone in Staten Island with any kind of home damage.

Joe Kielbasa's Flood Damage Water Damage cleanup service is wonderful. They helped clean up a massive flood in our Staten Island home and basement. We called them at noon and they were here 45 minutes later and went to work. All we can say is they really stopped the flood from damaging a lot more. Thanks Joe.
