Terrible! The actual store is just fine, but do not use their installation service for anything! I have spent the last six months fighting these people and I've finally realized that they are not capable of, nor do they care about, doing their jobs right. Every single step of the way they have cut corners and gone well beyond their scheduled time to finish their work. And because the did such a half-baked job, I have had to have them come out to warranty their work four times so far. Every time they seem to do a worse job than before. Here's a quick run-down of my problems: Materials delivered one week late. Installation crew didn't arrive for one week after the materials, leaving them in my driveway the whole time. Two-day job took over two weeks to complete. First crew was intoxicated when they arrived. Every time I have called for warranty work, it has taken at least one week for a response. Find a reputable contractor, not these guys.

I had THE WORST customer service experience at this store. I went in, having made an appointment to meet with an employee and one of the managers treated me with such disdain as if I were causing a giant problem by existing - apparantly by having a question I was causing a major inconvenience. When the employee finally showed up, she talked to me so incredibly hateful and as if I were stupid. I actually told her that I felt like she was talking down to me and that didn't phase her in the slightest! I kept wondering why they were being so mean, after all, THEY were the ones who asked me to come to the store! When I showed up, they were perplexed as to why I had come in! I left there almost in tears. Goodbye Home Depot, hello Lowes!
