Lester arrived on time, about 1 p.m. and was very courteous and knowledgeable. My LG front load washer had a leak caused by a tiny hose that had vibrated loose. Took about 10 minutes to reattach it. No parts were needed, therefore I was disappointed that the charge was $125. I didn't receive a credit for the $65 service call. I would like to get a receipt showing the breakdown of the work. I would have given five stars but I felt the charge was excessive.
