Ren Caldwell's approach to fitness and health education has evolved over the last nine years, changing to meet the needs of an ever-growing and diverse clientele. As Americans' daily lives speed up, more of us are falling behind in taking care of ourselves. Ren has expanded her education and services to include group training, a step that has been incredibly exciting and enjoyable as well as effective in meeting her clients' needs. She is now focusing on reaching out to expecting and new moms, who often face the most challenges in maintaining the healthy body and outlook. RenFitness is interested in providing the best experience possible for every one of our clients through a focus on each individual's goals and challenges. We use traditional weight-training machines sparingly, believing that exercises involving medicine balls, free weights and one's own body weight yield better results and are more interesting. Our focus (in classes and one-on-one sessions) is on functional training and core stability - two things people need more of than anything else in our largely sedentary culture.
One-on-one training: $65 once a week, $60 per session for twice a week or more
One-on-two training: Bring a friend or friends and pay between $25 and $40 a session!
In-home training: price set based on frequency, travel time/gas and equipment needed
