Diagnostics

Meyerland Animal Clinic is a full service veterinary hospital. We offer the most advanced diagnostics available to your pet. We can provide: tonometry, to check for increased pressure within the eyes (glaucoma), blood pressure machines to see if high blood pressure is a concern, ultrasound capabilities to assess heart function and abdominal organs, endoscopy in order to view and biopsy the stomach and intestines without needing surgery, dental digital radiographs to assess your pet’s teeth, ultrasonic teeth cleaning and polishing machines, video otoscopy to allow the doctor and pet owner to both view your pet’s ear canals, a radiograph machine to be able to x-ray any part of your pet’s body, as well as having full on-site bloodwork capabilities which help us obtain immediate results for your sick pet. We also run full urinalyses, fecal testing, EKGs to assess the heart’s rhythm, and other viral blood and fecal testing which may be needed.
