THIS GUY IS A SCAM...DON'T USE HIM. First of all, the address he uses in Abingdon is the Wal-Mart. He has about 15 different phone numbers listed for the business and he hardly ever answers the phone or returns calls. He actually operates out of Delaware and has two business names he uses...Service Tech and Consumer Service and Electronics. He came to look at my tv and said the board needed to be sent out for repair. He said he sends it to a shop that does all of the work in one place instead of having to order separate parts and wait for them all to come in. When he took the board, he told me it would take about a week to a week and a half. After a week and a half, I hadn't heard from him so I called him. He never returned my call. So I called him again...he never returned that call either. Finally, after calling him for a third time and telling him I was going to sue him for stealing my tv board and call the police, he finally called me back. He is extremely rude and tries to talk over you constantly. Henry is just one excuse after another. So he told me there was a delay in shipping and the part was shipped out and was supposed to be back to him that day and he would call me after 5pm to set up an install time. 5pm came and he never called. So I called him back and got the machine again. After calling him multiple times again, he finally got back to me and told me there had been another delay in shipping and he had the part. He set up a time to come out and do the install. He shows up and the part isn't working correctly. Like an idiot, I let him take the part again to ship back to this supposed shop that does the work. I asked him the name of the shop he sends the board to and he told me but refused to give me the phone number. He said it would take about a week and he'd call me by Wednesday of the following week. Wednesday came and went with no call. So having been in credit card collections previously, I tracked down all of the info I could about this shop in Indiana he supposedly uses. I called them and found out that he hadn't had anything in that shop in months. Thinking he may have used his other business name, I checked on that one too but again, nothing. I called him back and told him his gig was up...I know he's a scam artist and that I talked to the shop and they have nothing in there from him. Of course, he denied the whole thing saying the shop wouldn't give me any of his information and a hundred other excuses. I told him I wanted the part back, he was done, and so was this "shop." I told him all I wanted was the part back and that was it. He said he'd call the shop and call me back at the end of the day. Of course at the end of the day, no call. So I called him back that night...and the phone number that he told me was his "tech line" went to a voicemail for a woman named Jasmine and the voicemail box was full. He finally calls me back the next day and said he had left his phone &
