Tom Theisen has provided tax advice to me for nearly 30 yeats. He is well informed of current tax law and has always provided me with advice that has reduced my overall taxes. He is especially helpful in tax planning. If you are faced with complicated tax issues it is always prudent to seek tax advice before entering into a transaction.
