These folks have to be the worst landlords in Menomonie. They insist we pay our rent to a business name they don't own and isn't a real business -- isn't registered or incorporated. They don't do requested maintenance. Apartments flood and electricity blows up your stuff. If it didn't cost so much to move -- I would be our of here tomorrow. NO ONE should rent from these folks -- NO ONE -- EVER!!!!
