We can solve many problems remotely without even entering your home


For on-site service, we charge $70 for the first hour, $60 for each additional hour rounded to the nearest 1/4 hour. The charge rarely goes over $100 unless you have multiple computers with multiple problems. If the situation is hopeless and Jay says you need a new computer, he usually doesn't charge more than $20 to look it over. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is expected upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.

We operate Monday thru Friday 9 am to 8 pm. Saturday 9am thru 1 pm. We are closed on Sunday. Our service area includes a large portion of Macomb, Oakland and Lapeer counties.
