The Bay City F.B.I. sat on thier assettes while Martin "Duh Jerk" Oak got me to kill dozens of children for him. The snicking, likely entirely corrupt, and most definately failed Saginaw Valley agency is at best inept, and most likely... well, we'll let thier record of literally presiding over the murder capital of the free world (do your own research!), the fact that Saginaw has the highest rape rate on women in all of history be thier judges.
